Structure and wiring
JD1A, JD1B type Electromagnetic motor activator has the molded case structure, up to LP5X
Protection grade, it can be panel insertion mounting ,wire income from bottom.
WARNLNG: Before switch on power supply, please check carefully the wiring of aero plug to
avoid being damaged.
Adjustment and commissioning
1 Wiring according to pic.1, output plugs 3 and 4 connected to clutch coil or to the load of
Illuminating lamps and output terminal connected with 100W above DC voltmeter
2 Switch on power supply ,indication lamp lighting the output of Potentiometer WI for speed
regulation sjall have 0-90V jumping voltage, so when opening circuit ,we think working will be
okay
3.1. The calibration of tachometer, due the voltage has some difference in each measured motor,
consequently the value displaying in tachometer: shall be revised according to actual rotate speed, when
clutch up to the specified speed, use additional axial tachometer or digital tachometer to measure the
actual rotate speed .When measured value is different from the value displayed in pointer
tachometer .Please adjust the potentiometer for “rotate speed calibration”.
3.2. Highest speed setting: twist the speed potentiometer to maxi in clockwise .And regulate the
regulate the feedback potentiometer; make the motor work under highest rotate speed.
4. During running, if periodical sway occur, interchange output terminals 3 and 4.As to JD1B,it Shall
adjust the ratio potentiometer W in circuit board ,to coordinate with mechanical inertia ,
Realize better steadiness.
